Use Forgot password on login. A 6-digit code is mailed to the account email.

What the login page does
Forgot password asks for the email on the account. We send a 6-digit code to it. Enter that code and a new password on the next screen.
If the code does not arrive, Contact from that mailbox.
What will not work
- Resetting to a different Gmail you cannot prove you own
- A friend calling in
- Asking support to skip the code when mail is on
Once reset, change 2FA if the old device might be gone, and review History for withdrawals you did not place.
